OPEN-58 Ditch GL package for glext.h package since glut.h isn't used anywhere. Probably don't need glext headers for mac or linux as they come in with system updates.

Changed _driven params to cross wearables; major fix so they wouldn't keep getting reset to default values from wearable.
Took out smoothing param.
Redefined maxeffect param to affect range of motion.
