Kitty Barnett b7a3a6e7db - fixed : "Name Resident" is filtered as "Some people Resident" when @shownames=n restricted 
-> "Name (name)" would properly filter "name Resident" as "Some people"
    -> "Name (Name)" would filter "Name Resident" as "Some people Resident" because it's a default name

-> GCC doesn't seem to like 'boost::is_any_of(";")' (appears to be a compiler bug)
    -> GCC doesn't support C++0x

Kitty Barnett 69671708d6 - fixed : "MAX_CLOTHING_PER_TYPE == idxWearable" RLV assertion failure due to wearing multiple copies of the same asset (thankies Zi for the repro) 
-> Repro:
         - copy an AT_CLOTHING wearable item
         - wear the original and add the copy
         -> the assertion should fire (and refire upon relog)
    -> Since LLWearable instances are looked up by base asset UUID the two will conflict and cause LLAgentWearables::pushWearable() twice with the same LLWearable*

Kitty Barnett 54d1669a5e - added : "RLVaWearReplaceUnlocked" to not block replace when at least one attachment on the target attachment point is non-detachable 
-> locked (cuff) attachment on left and right lower leg
    -> ankle boots with attachments on left and right lower leg
    -> FALSE: "Wear" on a new set of ankle boots will fail (can not replace the non-detachable ankle cuffs)
       TRUE : "Wear" on a new set of ankle boots will replace the existing boots (ankle cuffs are not affected)

Kitty Barnett 1e1d5493de - review : review of RLVa code in LLSideTrayTab and LLSideTray 
-> a lot of code could be dropped in favour of using the new 'setTabDocked' over our custom 'toggleTabDocked'
    -> 'onTabDestroy' is no longer strictly necessary since the new LLFloaterSideTrayTab class will redock a tab when it is closed (which happens as part of being destroyed)
