-Removed changing AntiAlising settings when changing graphics levels, except on linux (defaults off, max is 4 for stibility)
-Changed terain LOD based on graphics settings
-Don't enabled shadows by default on linux and windows XP
-Fix sculpty LOD not correctly setting to 3 on ultra on some OSs
