Arrehn 5152feed8c FIRE-6578, Separate icons for nearbychat bar / buttons 
Note: Accomplishing this via textures.xml mapping overrides failed. Workaround was to split across different image files.

Liny e66db50748 FIXED FIRE-5272 Modified Dialog Alerts to support Growl prefs. 
Also happens to fix the bug where the list views for what dialogs to always show and hide will show half an item on the bottom.
