Beq 705048ed5c FIRE-34518 attempt to trap access violation bugsplat in pushBatch
Can't tell from splats whether the mVertexBuffer is null or just invalid. we may need to look elsewhere to manage the vertexbuffer lifetime properly.

Dave Parks 07bca31e06 SL-18190 Fix alpha not playing nice with water surface by split LLDrawPoolAlpha into two passes, one above water, one below water, and clip against water plane.
