Put further sync of LLAppearanceMgr::removeItemsFromAvatar() into a separate commit as it's RLVa-specific:
...
This updates RLVa code with the changes made in e8e944a2035e and results in the removal of the call of
updateAppearanceFromCOF() in case an object has actually been detached. This is apparently not longer
necessary because as soon as at least one object gets removed from the current outfit, the appearance
update will be triggered by the LLUpdateAppearanceOnDestroy callback.
