Techwolf Lupindo 15d98a5e21 Import: Add throttle to inventory drops into objects/prims to prevent problems. 
Fix a logic bug. notNull should have been isNull, would have cause extra inventory searches.
Removed unused membor variable.
Minor code cleanup.

There appears to be a flaw in the LL GPU table which prevents the viewer from
 finding the proper match for several mobile GeForce cards.

Nicky e6164426ca Backout 33851 / 33854 to create another automated build with just /GS enabled and the objectlist being a std::map again. This way I have two installable versions to compare which are exactly the same. Plus the safe path (/GS) is restore 
d as default again.
