Linux symbol handling

- Move Linux symbol handling into fs_viewer_manifest.py.
- Copy symbols for stripped binary into .debug subdir.
- Make sure we do not package any of those symbols or a stray core file.

Minor getScriptInfo() function adjustments
...
- A bit simplier typecasting from list provided by llGetObjectDetails()
- More readable - added spaces before units
- Changed 'kb' to 'KB' and 'cpu' to 'CPU'
- Mono scripts are using dynamic memory allocation nowadays, so reworded "xxx KB consumed for xxx ms of CPU time" to "xxx KB allowed memory limit, xxx ms of CPU time consumed"
