* TT_FORCE_OPAQUE forces camera floater alpha to go beyond the range of 0-1 - to 10, what overwrites background images alpha values from skins, without manually modifying them. I didn't encountered any errors while testing.

Fix FIRE-8419: Don't return on identical stream URIs. We might need to toggle off/on a closed stream. Identical streams are handled elsewhere anyways.

Separate user settings and chat logs by grid (appending .gridlabel to the directory) in OS builds, Settings and directories in Havok build remain the same (firstname lastname) Remove option to append. We assume OS build users connect to more than one grid.
