Added a switch to use HTTPS instead of HTTP in LSL Bridge
...
Disabled by default, for testing purposes only; HTTPS is usually slower, than HTTP
Also, moved variables reset from on_rez() event to initBridge() function, which is called in attach() event anyway

...
llGetObjectDetails() has limited range and not all UUIDs can be resolved; Sending back an empty string to radar for CSV processing is pointless

...
No more "Hello Bridge" returned to viewer, and saved in logs, after every single command sent to Bridge (including radar queries) - less traffic via HTTP

Objects with comma in name cannot cause getScriptInfo() to fail - encode their OBJECT_NAME fields with base64 in script, then decode in the viewer before printing on screen
...
Also, added some logging in case of invalid Bridge script behaviour
Bumping version to 2.15, hopefully final one for now

If makeSane() was called from changed(CHANGED_INVENTORY) there is a possibility, that movelock can be disengaged by accident with llStopMoveToTarget()
