FIRE-9517: Fix for black row backgrounds in Vintage skin, for location input list
...
"bg_writeable_color" value is inherited from /default/ as "MenuDefaultBgColor", which is defined as "black" in Vintage, changing it to proper "ComboListBgColor" in Vintage by adding file with modified value. Fix is similiar to Zi's 3e360546f84e - but this time not in /default/, to not alter any other skins or themes.
